A long time vision shared by Mony Suriany and Jack Farras finally bore fruit at a chance meeting in Jakarta where Mony had already been running a successful Bikram Yoga Studio (Yoga @ 42 degrees)..Jack loved the studio so much after teaching their for two weeks,,he made an offer to buy into her studio, and together they finally had the resources and time to expand into Bali.
Mony completed her Bikram Yoga training 1n 2004, and although she has studied many forms of yoga, found that it was bikram hot yoga she felt gave her the most benefit.
As proof , she has completely recovered from a dislocated knee and fractured right shoulder after a terrible road accident,,thanks to Bikram yoga. Having taught in Chicago,Sydney and Singapore first, she moved back home to Jakarta and opened the first Bikram yoga studio in Indonesia
Jack, also a certified bikram yoga teacher, has moved his whole family to Bali from Ausralia, Having been an extreme sport and fitness junkie, came to a point where although he always maintained a high level of strength and fitness, his body was feeling the effects of constant impact and wear…That is of course until he found Bikram hot yoga,where he finally discovered something that gave him all he received from sport, including a never ending sense of self challenge, and at the same time found that his body started to heal from the pain he had in his lower back and knees, which he had for at least 5 years, prior to Bikram.
So together, alongside some of the finest certified teachers from around the globe, they would like to share their dream and passion, on the beautiful island of Bali, renowned for its magic, its colour and magnetism.
